My name is Rayna and I am lucky to have turned my passion into what I do for a living.

​

I take pride in making lessons which students have reported are personal, fun and helping them achieve beyond their expectations.

​

I am passionate about making your language journey unique and creating a safe and positive learning space that you love coming back to.

​

Part of my family are from sunny Toledo, La Mancha (home of the one  of a kind queso manchego).

​

I have over 5 years of teaching experience as a Spanish teacher in England, I'm here to help you achieve and surpass your goals, and enjoy the journey.

​

I love taking students to where they want to get with their language skills and even beyond.

My education & qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish and Italian)

Thanks to my BA I have:

  • a deep understanding of the Spanish language and culture

  • an in-depth understanding of learners' needs

  • various tools to make language learning fun and effective

​

PGCE in MFL (Spanish and German) and Qualified Teaching Status

Thanks to my PGCE I have:

  • knowledge of best teaching practice in the field

  • teaching techniques to enhance learning

  • knowledge to adapt lessons to the student's needs

  • knowledge to make effective, well-structured lessons

  • skills to provide students with regular, constructive feedback to secure progress
